Dr. Lydia Zajackowski was born and raised in Bellingham, WA. She went on to pursue her B.S. of Kinesiology at Westmont College in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA. Her education continued at an accredited chiropractic college for her Doctorate of Chiropractic. During her time there she participated in the Nike Half Marathon in San Fransisco, and completed her first Olympic Weightlifting competition at SPS gym in Oakland, CA. She also earned additional certifications including: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USAW, Nutrition from Precision Nutrition (PN1) and Rocktape.
Returning to the PNW to serve her community has been a dream come true. When she has free time she spends time with her family and dog, working out, reading, being involved in the community, and exploring the great outdoors.
